The Ottawa Rotary Club Children's Foundation was founded in 2004. The object of the foundation is to fund and support the charitable purposes of the Rotary Club of Ottawa, which are for the benefit and welfare of children and others at risk and/or in need. The ORCF is managed by a board of directors of five, who must be members of the Rotary Club of Ottawa. Currently the chairman of the ORCF is Rotarian Robin Ritchie.
