Francis Gary Powers Jr.

Francis Gary Powers Jr. was our guest speaker on October 24, 2026. Mr. Powers is the founder of the Cold War Museum in Midlothian, VA and is the son of U2 pilot Francis Gary Powers. Given his background and expertise, he was hired as a consultant for the making of the blockbuster movie Bridge of Spies and has contributed to books published about the U2 incident.
